Refund policy

All Bebo’s Bakery orders are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer. Because our products are freshly baked food items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been purchased.

Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window, which is currently Saturday and Sunday only. If an order is not picked up within the agreed pickup window, the order may be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.

In some cases, we may be able to arrange a custom pickup time. Custom pickup requests must be discussed and approved in advance.
